Good food begins in the kitchen
The focus of my cooking courses is on Mediterranean cuisine which is very healthy thanks to its balanced composition and the use of olive oil (high in unsaturated fat) and a variety of fresh, nutritious ingredients. Traditional Mediterranean food is consistent with German Society for Nutrition (DGE) guidelines and is more than just a diet; it’s a lifestyle for people who consciously choose to eat healthily. A Mediterranean diet has been proven to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease and to lower cholesterol.
Under guidance in small groups you can test Mediterranean delicacies. You won’t just learn delicious new recipes; you’ll also get important information about the nutritional value of individual foods and practical tips on preventing health problems. The focus is on enjoying both preparing and eating the food. Plenty of time is planned in for questions and you get step-by-step instructions, so you will easily be able to prepare the meals at home.
You’ll have fun cooking and eating the tried and tested recipes, and you’ll create the basis of a healthy lifestyle.
