Regularly eating fast food is, as everyone knows, not healthy and often we don’t feel comfortable with our bodies. In addition, the bad conscience that often comes with the consumption of empty calories leads to an unhealthy use of food.
Eating correctly i.e. intelligently represents one of the pillars of our health and fitness. A sensible combination of a variety of foods greatly influences our health and leads to more awareness of nutrition. Simply modifying your eating habits is often the most important step in the right direction.
Several studies have shown that even a small weight reduction can result in better health. Subconscious factors have a significant influence on our eating habits and that’s why we eat even when it doesn’t make sense to do so. Together we can analyse your eating habits and find a way to change them. Sometimes all you need is a minimal change to see an improvement, and that’s really motivating!

I offer a free “pre-consultation” call. This lasts about 15 minutes and we define the goal and number of consultations.
The fee for one consultation (60 minutes) is 100 Euros. Consultations online are available on request.
